SEN-Fit is a bespoke service for children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Intellectual Disabilities.
SEN-Fit offer two services:
SEN-Fit started when a gap in the support services for young people was seen through personal experience; Fiona, Director of SEN-Fit found when she looked for services to support her 18 year old disabled son that had fitness or sporting focus, these services did not exist locally. With an existing passion for fitness, experience in Special Educational Needs and Disability services, knowledge of mental well-being, Fiona knew she could create a service that would support clients like her son.
SEN-Fit offers children and adults opportunities in fitness that are supported and individually tailored building both physical and mental health.
SEN-Fit is a Community Interest Company; profits are used to provide more opportunities for children and adults to take part in fitness health and well-being activities.
